Practical Utopias is a once-in-a-lifetime, 8-week VIRTUAL LIVE experience created by internationally renowned author & cultural icon Margaret Atwood that looks to solve humanity’s biggest challenges.

Margaret and special guests, such as David Suzuki, Yasmeen Hassan, and Bill McKibben will be exploring possibilities for how we can create a better world.

How to participate:

  • Stream the 7 live sessions with Margaret and her special guests
  • Access the recordings from Margaret's live sessions to watch on your own time
  • Access virtual course materials to work on your own or self-organize a small group to build your very own practical utopia

Is there a cost for participating?
No. All you have to do is sign up via this form and we’ll send you a FREE ticket

How much time do I have to commit to the program?
As much or as little as you’d like. As a participant, you will have access to all of the recordings from Margaret’s live sessions, so you’ll be able to participate in your own time, according to your schedule.

Is this experience virtual?
Yes, this live (recorded) learning experience is entirely online.

When will I get access to the learning materials?
For Participants, you’ll have access to the content starting September 26, 2022.

Are there any prerequisites?
A posture of curiosity, and a willingness to listen, and explore complex, real-world issues.
