Where can I find a copy of the end user license agreement (or “EULA”) for Plastic SCM?
Your customer agreement is the applicable Plastic SCM license agreement at https://unity3d.com/legal, unless you signed a separate agreement with Codice. Has the EULA changed?
The terms and conditions of your current agreement with Codice will not otherwise change during your current term to use Plastic SCM. However, any new purchases and/or renewals will be subject to the Unity Terms of Service, found at https://unity3d.com/legal/terms-of-service. Does this mean the Codice brand/business is going away? Is this the beginning of the end for Codice?
No. Codice will continue to operate as it has been. The only thing this applies to is the transfer of assets and ongoing commercial relationships. Will this change impact Codice’s customers and who they will support in the future?
No, this change should not impact any current or future customer or supplier relationships, only the entity with which they engage. Why is Codice doing this?
As Codice’s parent company, Unity will at times consolidate and simplify its business operations, which require changes for the subsidiary organizations as well. We are committed to working closely with each customer on this transition to make it as seamless as possible and are available for any questions that arise. How will Codice customers assure compliance with data protection laws? Where can I see that?
Codice customer data will be treated according to the Unity Privacy Policy, available online at https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy. If your organization executed a data processing agreement with Codice, we will follow up with a UTECH data processing agreement for your organization.

Denmark How will this impact tax and VAT processing?
Codice will invoice you for services provided before March 1, 2021.

There may be tax implications of this change, as any payments or receipts from Unity may be subject to various jurisdictions’ indirect tax regulations from March 1, 2021 onward. This means you may begin to see sales tax, VAT, GST, and other applicable indirect taxes added to your invoice starting on that date. Please provide us with your tax exempt certificates and VAT IDs if you believe that your entity should be exempt from these taxes.
